These terms cover use of the marketing site at shoploop.space. Product terms for the Shoploop workspace and any pilot engagement are agreed separately and in writing.
Site content. The content on this landing describes work in progress and design-partner pilots. Competitor figures are quoted from vendors' own published materials and linked at source. Shoploop is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of any company named here unless the “In pilot with” row explicitly says otherwise.
Pilot conversations. Signing up for a walkthrough starts a conversation, not a contract. Any pilot commitment — scope, deliverables, pricing, IP — is captured in a separate written agreement before work begins.
No warranties. The site is provided as-is. We do not warrant that everything described here will be available at any specific time or on any specific terms.
